(Connect with our Doctor with a Real-Time Video Exam, like an in-office visit with service limitations. Additional appointments may be required).
Asynchronous Examination (For review at a later time) = $55.00
(Submit Photographs, X-rays, descriptions, reports, or similar information to be reviewed by the Doctor and followed up by a telephone call, email, or messaging)
Tele-Consult + Medical History + Prescription = $40.00
(Possibly, avoid an in-office trip, time away from work or home, and ordinary Examination and consultation fees)

PRESCRIPTION POLICY: The standard of care includes seeing the patient in person before issuing a prescription of any type. If the patient has been in continuing care, the Doctor may issue a refill over the phone.
